If the receptacles (power outlets) are not controlled by one or more GFI receptacle, then you probably have a loose wire. I would turn the breaker off and remove the last one working. Look to see if it has been burning, or if a wire has come loose.

If they all on same breaker first in the line might came loose on back the outlet. Most are push in connectors instead of screwed connect thats faster for electrican. If you not Elect. smart get a electrican.
Other wise kill the power to whole base ment take each outlet loose from box an check to make sutre wires are connected good
WARNING you CAN get electrocuted BE CAREFULL kill all power first.

it sounds like you may have rodents chewing on your wires.
look by the walls to see if you have droppings. you need an electrician in to inspect the wires. if you have wire chewing rodents you have a fire hazard

check to see if you have a gfci outlet tripped somewhere, reset it and you should be fine. If there isn’t one then you need to check the first outlet to see if a connection is loose.
