    @dar1e08 Only morons use dumbells/barbells only. In fact, people that can actually work out for real don’t even need 1 barbell or dumbell ever. All you NEED is nothing, somebody who isn’t retarded can work out with just their body. Push ups/handstand, sit ups, crunches, running, somebody with a brain can figure out how to work out the rest of their body. Stick to doing the benchpress and thinking you’re tough. You’ll get KO’d by a skinny guy that just does cardio anyday.
