How do you increase punching power and speed without using weights?

I want to increase my punching power for a boxing tournament.What are exercises and way you could increase your punching speed and power without doing weights?I already practiced hitting a heavy bag which helped increase my speed and power,but I want to know other ways of increasing punching speed and power.

    Speed = Use the speed Bag and the double end bag. Also shadow boxing
    Power = Heavy bag is the best. Also the speed bag will help because it builds your arm and shoulder muscles. Push ups are also very good for developing power.

    You power should be coming from the core of your body. Anything that make your core stronger, will make your punches more powerful and should also help with the speed. Concentrate on exercises that condition your abdomen, middle and lower back, and your upper legs. That will make you core stronger.
