How do you increase kicking power and speed without using weights?

I want to increase my kicking power for an upcoming MA tournament.What are exercises and way you could increase your kicking speed and power without doing weights?I already practiced hitting a heavy bag which helped increase my speed and power,but I want to know other ways of increasing kicking speed and power.

    Use ankle weights, or simply practice your kicks over and over and over and over again. As Bruce Lee said, “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”

    Simply try and improve your technique, you do this by practice.

    Stretch. Build up your flexibility.

    Do body weight exercises for your legs. Squats, lunges, what have you.

    Just keep practicing. You lose a lot of power because of incorrect or just subpar technique.

    That’s it, really.

    Practice Practice Practice…. You have to drill these techniques hundreds and thousands of times so that your muscle fibers, adjust to them, after that your kicks will start to be faster, thus making them more powerful. Power comes from proper form.
